How to Meet My Challenge!

I have now lost over 55 and have 40 to go by June. I need to up my activity to 90 min. 6 days a week. I don't know where or how I will do this but today I started with taking a spinning class for the first time. I loved it! I also could see how much better my health is and how that translates into calorie burn.
This journey is really about feeling better and changing my lifestyle. I can really see those changes today and THAT IS MOTIVATING!
