I LOVE to walk.
I easily walk 2 plus hours every day during spring, summer and fall,
not to burn calories or improve health, which it does,
but for the PURE JOY of moving my body in the fresh air.
This winter (more than most winters), I am struggling to get in any fitness whatsoever.
Anyone willing to encourage and hold me accountable through daily emails for the next 4 weeks? I will do the same for you in whatever your primary goal is.
(We can extend the time frame and switch up our goals if it is working for us.)
