I LOVE to walk.

I easily walk 2 plus hours every day during spring, summer and fall,
not to burn calories or improve health, which it does,
but for the PURE JOY of moving my body in the fresh air.

This winter (more than most winters), I am struggling to get in any fitness whatsoever.

Anyone willing to encourage and hold me accountable through daily emails for the next 4 weeks? I will do the same for you in whatever your primary goal is.
(We can extend the time frame and switch up our goals if it is working for us.)

    Was thinking of you today and then read this email. My kids started full time school today and I am getting settled into a new routine so I will check in as well.

    I know how you feel because it has been a very snowy, icy, and cold winter where I am at, and really hard to get outside to walk. I love to walk, I will try to stop by and see how you are doing with it. Keep on moving! emoticon

    I either walk or run every day, would you like me to help you out? I don't walk outside right now I do it all inside with my wii or with Leslie Sansone walk at home DVD's, it's to cold to walk outside for me right now.
