I just read my last
I am in the exact same place now only I weigh more! YIKES! If I don't do something now I will be as heavy as I was when I had James! This is awful. I love to eat and what I love is bad for me! Now I am using the weather as an excuse to not walk. I am using the fact that healthy food is more expensive than unhealthy food to keep me from doing what I need to do! Friday I had my husband help me with a weight lifting routine. My back was killin me! Going to make myself lift again today.

I have got to get control again and start doing what I need to do!
Think I will take small steps maybe I will manage that and move on to bigger ones!
Drink my water!
Lift weights every other day.
Start eating healthy!

    Welcome back. You're on the right track! It's spring and time for new beginnings.
Summer is just around the corner, so it's a great time to ease back into healthy eating and more exercise. I know, cause I am going through the same thing. I too weigh more now than when I last blogged, way back in August. We can do it! Sometimes it's a minute by minute struggle, but it will get easier.

    Admitting your flaws and weaknesses is the first step! You are ON your way. I have told myself a lot of lies in the past too. Writing about them will help you out. I notice I go through cycles in my life. This is a great team and I know you will find the support you need here if you are ready to make changes!!! emoticon

    You're here and you're talking about what you need to do. That's a great first step! I know there are a LOT of people who will welcome you back with open arms, those of us who have commented included. :)

You don't need to apologize or explain anything. You just need to jump in and get to work! We have ALL been where you are. I hope that helps.

    Don't beat yourself up. It gets harder to stay focused as we get older and with the busyness of life! Take care of yourself and have fun! Janice

    Glad to see you back here! I haven't been doing well either. I've lost about 4 lbs. and had a lousy week this week. After my bday lunch today I'll start over (again!!) tomorrow. I need to get the consistency back! We can do this!
