The other day I was looking at my goal list and 2 things was on my list that I need to start working on now. First is the marathon I plan on running this fall and the other is a triathlon I want to participate in next year. I am not very worried about the marathon it is the tri that I am concerned about. I don't want to wait until next year to start preparing for it, I would be afraid that I would not have a good race since a tri requires swiming, biking and running. I just might want to get my body use to all of those events so when it is race time I race with confidence.
Today I had a really good run little more than 2 miles at a pace of 10min mile. Which is ok for me. I did not want to push to hard since I am just getting over a cold. Tomorrow is push-up day and tuesday is gym day, I just might run to gym. Save on gas.
