Got Muscles?

I am growing some muscles! WooHoo! I have been noticing my biceps & shoulders a lot the past week or so. When I just accidentally touch them, I'm shocked at what I feel. And, when I look in the mirror, I love what I see! Muscles!

Not only are my arms getting stronger, I noticed yesterday the beginning of some definition on my stomach... my abs! I did take some photos, but am not yet comfortable showing myself in a sports bra. I've always been pretty modest! Anyway, I can see these two shadows where there are indents on either side of my stomach. Amazing!!!

I joined the "Strength Training Challenges" team a few weeks ago and have been concentrating more on strength training: especially pushups, planks, and working on being able to do a pullup/chinup. It's paying off!!!

If you are working on building muscles, I encourage you to take some photographs TODAY so you can see the difference LATER! Have fun!!!
