But my blue page was not helping my blue mood lately!
So I decided to brighten thingsa up a bit!!
Mini update... I completed my physiotherapy and am now in the gym associated with my physiotherapy clinic to strengthen my knees so they will be less unstable.
I LOVE it!! The exercises are creative and use body weight alot, core stabilisers alot and really creative tools like weighted balls, swiss balls, body blade, xerdisc, bosu, trx.... I LOVE this kind of fitness!!!! I will never ever go back to rotating through machines in the gym!!!
meanwhile the housework thingy is biting into spark time (must be revenge for me bandoning flylady to spark last year!!! lol I just dont seem able to focus on too many things at once!! Keeping my job and cleaning my house while taking care of kids and hubby and im already tired!! But the gym remains (most weeks) im getting my water in.... generally... and trying not to eat a whole cow in one sitting on any given day! (like today ox tail soup cheesy macaroni pie, milk with cereal and chocolate... alot of cow!! lol)
