I'm wanting to restart my exercising & feel like a run around the neighborhood or across the sands at the beach!
But truth is that I must start off slow so I'm trying to figure out what to do. And where to go...
I'm thinking I will search through the SparkTeams or Spark articles to find a walking or walk to run plan for beginners. So I'll see where this Sat. lands me.
One of my reasons for not really getting into a hard workout is because I've been trying to keep my Press N Curl as long as I can
But pontytail it shall be, and I hope it doesn't sweat back to where Sunday morning hair will be a mountain to climb lol
