My New Weekly Workout Schedule

Life has changed once again! So, I've had to shuffle my workouts. Here's my current weekly plan:

Monday - bootcamp (6:15 am) and run #1 (pm - while dd at tennis)
Tuesday - REST
Wednesday - bootcamp (6:15 am) & swim #1 (pm - lesson/class)
Thursday - run #2 & bike #1 (every other week will be short - both in am - the other weeks can be longer while daughter is in bimonthly, 1.5 hour class I can run outdoors)
Friday - swim #2 (either am at gym or pm with dd at gym)
Saturday - run #3 (long run!)
Sunday - bike #2 (long bike ride!)

Whew! It's a lot, but I can do it! I have a 10K, HM, and sprint tri in the next 3 months, so I've got to work HARD! This schedule has me burning over 2,000 calories a week, but that also means I get to eat more calories!
