Learning-slowly

Today I have had an ahha moment. I just realized that this is a lifestyle change I am undertaking. In the past I was always looking for a quick fix to my weight loss efforts. But after I lost the weight, I would just return again to my old habits and regain the weight! Now I am slowly learning how to rethink my food choices and learn the rewards of becoming healthy. Loosing weight is important, but making the lifestyle changes necessary to remain healthy from now on is more important. I am through with yoyo dieting. I now need to become diligent in measuring foods and making wise choices, trying healthy recipes, and persevering to my new goals! Laziness is not an option! "If it is to Be it is up to Me(and GOD)!" I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!
