weigh in = frustration!

Weekly weigh in - only down half a pound and I never went over my calorie count even 1x.

It is so frustrating - but I'm even more determined now. I am going to do this!

    I went months without an ounce off.....and then suddenly I started to loose again.

I find womens bodies do not give up their wealth very easily - I do believe it has to do with survival - we can out survive men on a starvation mode - much longer!!!

I know that is not much encouragement for you but trust me - keep doing what you are doing and your body will get it and start to loose the pounds - my goal right now is one pound per week....and when I make that goal I am super excited...

slow wins the race anyway.....

    At least u weighed in..I didn't even go near the scale this morning..The last couple weeks since i quit smoking I have been way out of control...So glad u lost..Keep up the good work...Helen
