Yesterday's goals:

Logged 5.5 glasses of water
Logged Calories - did not go over on any area but a little light on folate.
30 minutes on Wii Fit last night.
No snacks consumed!

I was happy with results.

Today's action plan:
Log 8 glasses of water.
Log food.
No snacks!
15 minutes of Wii Fit
15 minutes of Just Dance
