End of first week and I have lost 2 pounds. emoticon

My goal is 1 a week, so this is good, in spite of my one big OOPS yesterday (swiss chocolate almond waffle cone!)

Off work today so I can get in some exercise.

    I am having trouble with the exercise part of my program! I did 15 minutes of swimming several days ago and haven't done anything since! No really good excuse-in fact no excuse at all! Just haven't done it. Maybe tomorrow will be the day.
