Love the Spark way

The Spark people are sooooo smart. They know that if you start with small goals, you will stick with it. I now laugh at the last post I made. emoticon I tried to "catch up", but just made myself stressed out. This week I just did what I could. I got cardio in everyday and did 2 days of strength training. Not bad since this is just Thurs. I feel excited again. It is easy to say it is only 7 minutes long. Thanks SP. I really love this site and enjoying my SP friends.
