We got a call from our son's school last night that school would be delayed 2 hours, and what did I do. Yeah, that's right, I overslept. I will now pat myself on the back because I did make it downstairs to workout for a 35 minutes. I even tried out some new yoga poses and strength training that I had not done before. My hips hurt a little, but at least I know it is because I am doing something to help myself. I think tomorrow that I am just going to get up when the hubby leaves for work at 5:30 a.m. that way I can try some more new routines without feeling rushed to get ready for work before I need to wake the kids up to get ready for school.
