So, after the blizzard that blew through KC Tuesday, making it across to the dead mall Wednesday afternoon was nigh impossible. So I stayed in at lunch and did some web surfing. Went to my gym last night to work out though.
Went through Week 1 Day 2 of the Cool Running program. Seemed easier yesterday. I don't know if it's because I was on a treadmill instead of the mall (and, therefore, possibly running slower - but I was definitely walking faster) or if it just works that fast, but I felt better. My ankles, though still the most sore part of me, are way better today as well. I was just mainly happy I could do it without dying.
In other news, no, my weight didn't go down this week... but I know where I was after my two spike days (Friday/Saturday). 209. Over two days I'd gained 5lbs. Over the next four, I lost them, back to low 204. This morning weighed in in pajamas (way heavier than the tank top and shorts I weigh in "officially") at 203. I'm going to keep a close eye on it over the next week, make sure that number turns back into a ramp. I'd love to be officially not obese next week (202lbs) and would be ecstatic to be within reaching distance of One-der-land.
