It's about time I formalize some goals! As of today I have 13.2lbs to my goal weight and I am on a mission to lower my body fat percentage along with the weight.
Fitness:
-Workout at least 5 times per week (must include cardio and strength training)
-Burn at minimum 200 cals each workout
I love to bike but it doesn't burn tons of cals, so now that I have a cal minimum I will just have to increase time and/or distance. Or if I do a short workout like JM shred that will cover the minimum as well!
Nutrition:
-Stay within calorie range
-Continuing drinking 4-5L of water per day
I'm great at the water bit but some days the carbs add up on me. I make 95% or more of all the meals we eat so the cal range is reasonable but my fruit addiction does hurt on the carb front. I know the trick is higher protein and will make a concerted effort there.
The last 2 weeks of January were a great start into my renewed health, so I am taking the momentum and parlaying that into measurable, attainable goals!
