My 30 minute crusade

I am a very busy person. I have a lot to accomplish during the day. I joined WW eight weeks ago because it fit into my busy lifestyle. After eight weeks, to my dismay, I have only lost eight lbs. I sat there in my meeting last week staring at my weight card knowing that I have not done everything that I could do to lose weight. I finally had to deal with the second biggest barrier to my weight loss, my laziness. So I have waged war on my laziness with a 30 minute crusade. Every day for the last week I have exercised for 30 minutes. So I am going to see how long I can keep up my crusade. I will at least take one day off. This week so far I have logged in 105 minutes (I did 45 minutes on Sunday). Hopefully, this will move the scale in the right direction.

    Sounds like you are doing great!! Cut yourself some slack though and don't be too hard on yourself. If you miss a day, let it go and pick it up the next. You're going to get where you want to be. I am sure of it!!
