Count your Blessings

Wednesday, February 02, 2011

Within months of each other my eldest son had surgery for cancer and my youngest just a few days ago, a massive heart attack. A mother does worry.
The are alive and both have great attitudes to do what is necessary to be healthy.

Well I believe we all can look at our attitudes when it comes to our own health. I have been slow losing and I've seen from my sons that I have been somewhat lazy once my own crises have passed. Wake up gal I've been saying to myself. Allow the lessons to be learned and actions to be taken.

Watch my smoke! I WILL get to goal this year, hopefully earlier than planned. I am not to old to learn and neither are you my friends.

    Good job Lee!

With your great attitude I know you will reach your goal.
All of your friends will keep you and your boys in their thoughts and prayers.

emoticon attitude Lee! Be optimistic, and have faith in the future. Your sons are a great example. My best to you all.
