I have been eating really poorly for about 24 hours now and am not sure how to get back on track. I know I need to start NOW, but I tried that yesterday and it didn't work. And, I feel I've already 'blown it' for today.
Besides the chips, way too many nuts, pancakes with syrup, chocolate milk, etc, my daughter made a batch of blueberry muffins last night (at my request). I've already eaten 5 and there are 3 left. When I have something in the house that is too tempting, my way of dealing with it is to EAT IT so it'll go away and then I can breathe again.
So, any suggestions for getting back on track? I did Boot Camp this morning and have my swimming class this evening, so I'm still exercising. I've been kind of disappointed with the scale, though (back up a pound) and I know that's part of it. And, I'm not tracking or drinking water. I just want it to be 'easy' again like it has for the past month!!!
