my butt is sore

I took a week off of my workout and now I'm really sore. I'm now doing Insanity at the gym with a freind of mine instead of in my livingroom so I'm able to really push hard and my glutes are really sore :) I've had such great workouts the last couple of days!

    be sure to drink plenty of water, that will help the soreness.

    @hike It is much better working out with someone. I like to workout alone sometimes but I think you get a better workout when you do it with people. @ julie my calves have never hurt doing this, it's always my core and the rest of my legs.

    emoticon Nice! I wish I had a bigger space to do my Insanity workouts, but it works! my calves hurt SO much last night that I was done after the warm-up and stretch and just did weights and abs on my own. i used weights and a body ball for my abs so i'm sore!
