The refrigerator! It works great for me, and you see it every time you open it up to make dinner. I also hung my goal dress from a hanger on the back door (which is in the kitchen, and visible from my chair in the dining room). I also have a note on top of the "goodie jar" (prizes for sharing/potty training for my son, David) that reads: "Hey fatty, get your hand out of that jar!"* There are tons of things you could do. My friend Amber has gotten into much better shape using a rewards system. She gets jewelry or something (non-clothes as her size will change) every time she reaches a milestone. I hope that gives you some ideas!

Congratulations! I am only on my third day in but I would love to be as successful as you my first week. I have never done the visual goals, however, I know some people have totally changed their lives around with that strategy. I would love to hear from others on this as well. I, personally, would have to see them several times a day. I am not sure where I would put pictures that I would see that often. Anyone out there with a strategy that works?
