I feel good!!! I lost ten pound in one week. I wasn't try to lose that much. In fact, I only weigh myself twice in one week. I have to be careful not to get lost in a number and get depressed over weight lose. This is not a diet. This is a life changing. I want to lose weight but that will come with living a healthier life.
I am really starting to like Sparkpeople.com :)
ONE WEEK DOWN. I need to sit down and write out my goals. Has anyone every down the visual type of goals? Pictures of what you want, that you see everyday. Just looking for advice on staying motaviated.
