I ate 200 more calories than my goals and missed out on my walk. did do my cardio. I been doing good was even considering changing my goals calories and fitness wise cause i was eating less calories for my goals and exercising more than my goals said. I thinking that its a mistake and maybe in a way i kinda even out the skills. I also noticed I don't get any calories used or exercise times counted for my strength work outs. Any reason for this I wonder.
