"Just suck it up"...love it!...My high school kids come home from athletic practice bitching about the coaches yelling this to them..lol....now I've started using this phrase day to day!..lol. Love this blog...sure we all have crappy days but quit whineing and making excuses and work it out, some people just dont get it, Love yourself enough and others will see the massive changes in you inside and out!...keep up with the wonderful blogs Hank, they brighten so many peoples day from all your friends !!
Thank you for posting this blog!!! You are totally right. A bacon egg and cheese sandwich DOES NOT have to turn into 5,000 calories consumed by dinner! I can'r even count the times that I screwed up once and ended up going months without moving a muscle or eating a healthy meal.
