Ohhhh...lazy day.

Wednesday, February 02, 2011

Today I took a short walk to the mailbox and another walk to the store. That was it. I was so tired all day, I don't know what the matter was but I just laid around all day and did nothing! Sometimes I think it is good to just do nothing!
I did get a lot of reading done and a lot of praying for my family and friends. So many of them are going through health problems with their families. My friend's, Aunt died last night. Two others have their mothers in the hospital.
Today the body of a missing 4 year old boy was found in the canal. He had been missing for two weeks. My heart was breaking for his family. Of course, everyone was praying that he would be found alive, but God had called him home, probably the same day he went missing. I pray that he did not suffer.
Today has just been a sad day all the way around but tomorrow is a new day with the chance to do better.

Listen to your body, it's asking you for rest!

Enjoy your nap!

Snuz, you are still in recovery from your recent hospital visit and meds - you should be resting all you can. You are doing the right thing - rest when you can and ALWAYS do some positive self talk. It means a lot right now. BIG HUGS emoticon emoticon emoticon
