FEB - Day 1

So tempted to weasel out of my commitment to myself and my sister! I promised I'd blog daily and get back on track here in February. I entered my food today, ate within my calorie range, had no alcohol, and showed a friend around SP. Tomorrow I'll log my choices and do SOMETHING for exercise - even if it's just 10 minutes. And the big winter challenge - I'll drink my water! All of it!
Rolling on towards that feeling of success....
