FEB - Day 1

So tempted to weasel out of my commitment to myself and my sister! I promised I'd blog daily and get back on track here in February. I entered my food today, ate within my calorie range, had no alcohol, and showed a friend around SP. Tomorrow I'll log my choices and do SOMETHING for exercise - even if it's just 10 minutes. And the big winter challenge - I'll drink my water! All of it!

Rolling on towards that feeling of success....

    Im finding drinking water is harder in the winter because of the cold.

    I'd been in the water habit after training myself into it, but stopped a long time ago. Have been trying to get back there, but now that my lapband is tighter, cold water is most often uncomfortable. I fill a bottle and leave it on the counter. It makes me think of bathroom water, the way I wouldn't touch it in childhood. "Mommy [or Daddy}, I need some water..." "No, that's bathroom water."
