Day 3 of the Slimdown is done. Today was No More Trouble Zones. (NMTZ). I have never done this video before, and their were several times during it that I thought I was going to die. I could not do the full surrenders, I just could not get my arms above my head, and towards the end I could not do all of the plank work. I tried to modify it as best I could. I will admit that I spent a lot of time on the ground just trying to catch my breath. I have to admit that I am proud of my self for doing as much as I did.
Here is the great part. I used my HRM, putting it on before the work out and letting it run until I felt that my heart rate was all the way back to normal. So in 1 hour and eight minutes 1010 calories.
I just keep reminding my self that if the people on Biggest Loser can do her workouts for several hours a day, I can make it though 40 minutes.
