So in all honesty, I'm writing this blog entry to get the spark point... because I'm obsessed with getting to the next level in EVERYTHING! But I might as well really make this a legitimate post. I'm feeling a bit better about myself now that I've been working out a lot more. A couple weeks ago, I hit an all time low self-esteem wise. It was pretty bad. And it took four friends and my boyfriend to pull me out of it, but they managed. SparkPeople helps me mentally feel better about myself. It reminds me to eat well and exercise and makes me feel rewarded for doing so. I love plugging in my running times and clocking in my minutes or sometimes even hours of cardio. It's a pick-me-up in itself. And I learn something new every time I login, with the fun trivia questions. It's great! I tell everyone I know about SparkPeople. And it's not only for people who want to lose weight! I'm 5'2" and 118lbs, well within a healthy BMI range, but I want to be healthier and get in shape and tone up. The spark helps with that, too. So... yeah. It's time to go to class, but I thought I'd share a bit more about myself (and get some SparkPoints at the same time)!
