Eh. I didn't do my best this week. It was not the program's fault by any means, It was all me. It started with a chocolate chip binge on friday that lasted until I finished the bag this morning. At least they were dark chocolate chips.
I managed to do 2.5 (I really half assed one of them and I just can't count it as a full session) weight training sessions and 3 one hour long cardio sessions plus some extra mini cardio breaks here and there.
Charlie has been keeping me honest by faithfully tracking my calories burned and steps taken and sleep gotten. He is doing his job like a champ, and I was faithfully looking at his reports and adding in the extra evening calorie burning (mostly by jumping around the house like a freakshow and getting weird looks from the BF) all week to hit 2050 a day, until friday when the chocolate chips entered my life and everything else went to hell. By friday night I just took charlie off and didn't put him back on until this morning.
Today I am back on track. Starting week three of the Female Body Breakthrough Challenge and I will make all my ST sessions - stepping up the weights, plus all my cardio workouts plus my extra mini cardio sessions all week. No excuses. No more chocolate chips.
