Well the first month of being back on track went well. I had a few days where I went over my calorie range but for most of the month I stayed within range. I was very true to my exercise plan and worked out at least 6 days a week. And I still ate delicious food, just less of it. I have lost 6 pounds which is above my goal of 4 pounds a month. I hope to lose 24 more pounds in 6 months and be back to my goal weight. Go me.
