  Lovely Lisa!
Was just about to read your treadmill blog and the sound for this vlog leapt at me! After jumping slightly (wasn't expecting it, its 7.49am and I'm the only one up plus I usually have the laptop on silent) I scrolled down to this entry and what a revelation - you look fabulous! Great smile, great personality, great emoticon
Will have to attempt one of these myself - thanks for the idea hun, such a great way to get to know someone a little better!
Have a great weekend

    Lisa, I absolutely LOVE this!!!

Wow, your enthusiasm is infectious. Enthusiasm is so important in any venture and your enthusiasm just bubbles out all over the place. Putting it into a video is great it is so, so powerful better than just a picture of even any words can do.

Is it alright with you if I send it to many in my e mail list that are on the OKC Team, I think it would be a huge encouragement.

I love your idea and maybe if it catches on we can all do a vlog to celebrate a milestone. I know when I hit 257 I am going to be psyched and won't have to fake any enthusiasm. It has been such a battle to get there, and to 247 will be back to my pre-50 year old weight as well another thing I will be enthusiastic over. emoticon
