This was my weigh in day. I lost 10 lbs in 14 days. That's great, but today was the worst day I have had for wanting to just EAT! I just measured out 8 pretzels and feel like I had such a treat. I'm going to fight back by trying something new on my treadmill. I am going to walk at a speed 3-3.5 until I burn at least 200 calories. It's all a matter of math. More has to be burned than is fed...PERIOD (unless you are starving yourself of course). I'm sticking to 1000 calories a day. If I'm tempted, like today, it means I need to work out more and burn a bit more to balance the intake. Watching the Biggest Loser is such an inspiration to me. Those people workout for up to 8 hours a day. It puts my time to shame. How are you doing???
