Make Appointment with Yourself for Exercise

I read in a recent article that it was a good idea to schedule in an appointment with yourself for each day you plan to do exercise. I find this a really good idea because I seldom miss appointments. I am going to follow this policy and see if it makes it easier to get in my exercise each day. This let's me know the importance. Has anyone tried this yet?

    My personal appointment was me signing up for two classes )twice a week) at the local community college. Who wants a F on their transcript? (Even if I am way past being in college.)

It has been a great motivator and is scheduled on my calendar 4 days a week.
