Today is the four week anniversary of my new healthy eating and exercising life! So far it has gone great, in fact surprisingly well - no major breaks, only one day my calories went to 1800 - most around 1300-1400. I believe the keys have been doing this with my husband, my recumbent exercise bike which lets me exercise without further damaging my knees and eating a lot of fiber and veggies! We both have not felt deprived so far. Our fav snack? Dark cocoa dusted almonds - healthy and GOOD! (and we count each one!)
