My workout/diet started today

So today I startd my workout and eating healthy program.. I don't consider me being on a diet. I am simply learning to eat better. Although last week I spent 12 hrs in emergency room with female issues and i am still somewhat hurting, I did my 30 min cardio and weight lifting on my total gym this morning anyways.. My 30 min cardio was not hard at all, and I really wanted to keep going...Right now I feel wonderful. and am looking at treadmill and thinking, hey I could do 20 more min, but I dont want to over do it.. Have my water and feel wonderful..I am NOT letting anything stop me this time on getting healthy.. emoticon

    I know, pizza is so good! Some places offer whole wheat crusts and less cheese - maybe that could be an option for you, so you can still have what you love, but just a little bit different :)
So glad you are finding inspiration and are moving forward with your healthy life! (pretend this is a slice with a whole wheat crust :) emoticon

    Thank you for all the encouraging words.. I am SO sore today and SO tired as I got u extra early to take hubby to airport. Looking at treadmil and needing motivation.. Im about to get on it and work out. last night I watched the show Heavy and I am so inspired.. I am not obese, but if I do not start eating better and keep working out I will be.. Another good thing I did was decided to drink coffee in the morning instead of a coca cola.. I dont srink coffee, but it is better than a coke.. So I am drinkin coffee with no cream or sugar and like it..
I went to the grocery store today and a woman looked at my basket and said My My you sure eat healthy.. I noticed I bought lots of greens and special K stuff and lots of veggies and fruit.. I was proud.. If I can JUST stay away from Pizza I will be ok..Love my pizza// So sad I know..

    That's great about getting so much exercise in today, even though you recently were in the ER. You are smart not to overdo it too. emoticon

    Yay you! I'm almost a month into this and I feel so much better. I told my kids that Momma's not on a diet Momma is eating better. No poptarts for breakfast, now it's oatmeal or egg or english muffin. Happy thoughts for success for you!
