100% Committed, Smart Eating, Workout, Fit Body, Healthy You, Look Great, and Happy Life!

Monday, January 31, 2011

I cut up some words from the magazine the other day and posted as one of my pic on SP.

I will commit to a new plan 100%
by eating smart,
by working out
and I'll have a fit body and will be healthy
I'll look great (look as gorgeous in the mirror as I feel inside)
and have a HAPPY life!

I never committed myself 100% to anything for wt. loss. This time I will. I am not just 'potential' but a 'proof'.

Here's my Day 1 pic.

I hesitated to post an embarrassing pic but I'm glad I did. It shows that I am ready.

Are you?

I love your motivation board! It's inspirational, motivational and very well put together. I also congratulate you not only on taking your "before" picture but also on posting it. It's not an easy thing to do but when you look back from the goal line, it will become your ally. That's how I feel about mine. It reminds me of where I began and also of where I never want to return...

    Give it your all!

I'm doing the same thing. I started my weekly photo blog last Friday. I'm hoping that having the pictures and measurements in addition to weight will help keep my motivated. Good luck with your weightloss plan!
