Day 2

Well, today is day two in trying to drop one dress size before Valentine's Day. I've been really sore all day, so I didn't do the Slim in 6 dvd like I wanted to. Instead I did the New YOU boot camp day 1 workout & the 7 minute upper body workout. I'm glad I made myself workout again today, but I wish I could've done more. While not an excuse, I think working a back to back every saturday & sunday kind of kills me. This isn't anything that's gonna change anytime soon, so I need to condition my body so that I can make through it. I figure tomorrow will be another hurdle that needs to be jumped, but I know if I can make it through another day or two I can make it to Valentine's Day. I've been looking at dresses online to try and stay motivated. I see one or two that I like. Well, we'll see how tomorrow goes.
