So good job on starting to put the Spark in to play with my life. I have finished week 2 and chapter 2, now going on to week 3 and chapter 3. I can see were my weakness is and now I can work on ways to combat the triggers of the high calorie foods. I have been doing self pep talks this past two weeks with my exercising and it has worked, so good job on that and keep on keeping on. I will read more motivational stories on sparkpeople and watch some of the motivational movies from the spark book. I have also found something I really like to listen to while I walk, podcasts from Joyce Meyers this really helps. So good job and keep up the good work, I can do this!
