Is it a habit yet?

I have been exercising a lot the past two weeks. I have not missed a weekday cardio workout yet. The weekends are harder with family activities but I have to make the time for it. I would like to see the benefits of my healthier lifestyle a bit sooner. I know it takes time but I feel like I'm doing everything right. I have been reading Dr. Oz's book You: On a Diet and following it as closely as possible. I have eliminated most sugar, am eating the right things, not eating after dinner, etc. Hopefully, I'm gaining more lean muscle and that will help. I'm ready to see some significant changes in waist size. I am committing to working out both days this weekend.
