It's going to be a short one tonight. Just wanted to tell you that I hooked up my VCR today and did the Step Reebok workout... well part of it anyways, 20 minutes worth. I had forgotten how much one sweats doing it. I also realized that I still out of shape and I have a way to go to do it all but I will; I did it before maybe 10 years ago but I was also heavy then and I twisted my knee in a funny way while doing that workout and that put me out of commission for almost a year! I will have to be very careful not to repeat the same mistake. This video is also a strength exercise workout; I recognized many of the exercises posted here under the fitness tab. So, doing the whole workout, 45 minutes, is going to be something to look forward to achieve.
I also stayed within my calorie range today, the whole spectrum except for the salt which always go up without me adding any to my food; it's those canned vegetables no doubt. So, today I'm pretty pleased with myself. Hope you've had a great day.
