Feb 2011 Goals

I lost 4lbs in January. 1 lb short of my goal. This month I will shoot for 4 and hope for 5 !
I will continue with the 10 min streak of exercise as I now see it becoming 30 and 45 min total in a day. Treadmill is waiting if I do not do it before I come home!!
Water still continues to be a stumbling block and not sure why.
10 min exercise streak
8 glasses of water at least 6 days a week
lose min 4 lbs.
