Just get up and move

So my goal is to lose at least 2lbs this week, I know I can do it. My problem is not working out because I'm a workout rhythm my problem is I'm not eating enough calories nor am I eating the right type of food but I plan on rectifying that this week. Breakfast is an issue for me and so is late night snacking do to my work schedule but I think I have a plan for both of these pitfalls.

    Good plan hun, and although it's not good to keep snacking at night if you keep it healthy (fruit for example) it's really not a problem.
    Your body metabolises the same rate 24 hours.
    Just not a good habit to eat late.

    Good luck with this weeks goal.
