I have been struggling with staying on track since I hurt my arm doing 30 day shred. We are about to start the Biggest Loser competition at work and I'm down from my weight from last year, but I haven't made any real progress to speak of. My friend Jenny said she wasn't calling me because she felt guilty for not sticking to the plan we made to stay on track... little did she know that I was doing just as horribly :0) At least it made for a good laugh!
Today I am making a big batch of kale chips because I've read in several magazines that they are absolutely wonderful. We shall see. I AM going to push myself to stay on track. I AM going to plan out some exercises that I can still do with my injured arm. and I MEAN BUSINESS. With that being said, today will be day one of tracking. Here's to a healthier 2011. Cheers to everyone who has taken on this trying quest. We can do it one step at a time.
