Fitness goals

Yesterday, I decided to up my fitness goals. I had already passed my weekly goals for miles walked, cardio minutes, and calories burned. I decided to add 2 more miles, 60 more cardio minutes, and 200 more calories to burn per week. Eventhough I just added those goals last night, I still passed them. I have 1.27 extra miles, 27 extra minutes, and 96 extra calories burned for this week. I'm feeling really good about my new goals. I think they will challenge me a bit more, but not so much that I will want to give up. I, also, added more days of strength training. I was just doing 3 days of full body, but this week I'm going to try 2 days of full body, 1 day of upper, 1 day of lower, and 1 day of core exercises. This goal I'm a little bit worried about. It may be a bit much all at once, but this week will be a trial. If I need to, I'll just make some changes. Overall, I'm really proud of myself for sticking with this. It's going to be a long, slow journey, but I know I can make it to the end.
