I finally feel like I am back on track. Had a good week exercise wise - walked 5 days in a row and got over 10,000 steps each day - some even over 12,000. I have had losses at my last two WW weigh-ins. My energy level is improving as well. So, over all, it was a good month. Next month, I plan to get a Wii for my birthday - cannot wait and I am so excited about it. I know quite a few spark & non-spark friends who have one and hear such positive things. So, will get that by the end of February - but will continue with my walking at least 5 days a week. I also plan to start adding some jogging to my routine. I want to work up to either running a 5k or walking a half marathon this coming fall. I am working on eating more fruits too. February is always a tough month for me - seems like I celebrate my birthday for days - I am not going to do that this year - it just kills my healthy eating routine. Just one day this time - that's it! Its also the 3 year anniversary of my boyfriend and I being together. We plan to do something healthy, like go for a long hike or ride our bikes, instead of making the food the main focus of our celebration. Next month - I want to say that I have continued losing and survived the birthday/anniversary hurdle!
