Yep it's been an entire month I have been on plan!

Today I am back to 190.8. Just back and forth between 190 and 191.

i have decided to give up on the calories counting and normal low fat balanced diet as it simply doesn't work for me.

I'm going to try my own way and see how it goes over the next 30 days.
