Hi, I have really loved the getting better sleep challenge. It has helped me gain better sleep habits by going to bed every night as the same exact time, and getting up at the same time EVERY day really allows you to get better sleep. Of course I have had a couple of days that I did not sleep well but there were some serious stress's going on at the same time. I know that I when I use calming music for 15 minutes before falling to sleep has helped me to not have any disturbing dreams that were also effecting my sleep patterns. I'm really happy that I joined this challenge and almost have finished all 4 weeks. I'm sleeping better I also have more energy that really helps to me workout beyond the pain that I experience. It is all a very good thing.
