i am trying to kill two birds with one so to speak with this blog,for the fitgirls(you all rock)and for the chair exercise team.for those of you who know me and follow my blog you will know in august last year i had a big op which left me before and after the op unable to exercise and when i could exercise again i had to do it very slowly and was also limited to what i could do a good spark friend of me (thank you susie)not only suggested i should do chair exercise but also invited me to the chair exercise team.she has since become a co leader there.i found it was a very helpful group and even though i can now do 60% of my usual exercise i still do chair exercise when i am sitting in the kids room at night telling thenm stories getting them to sleep.as you can see i liking killing two birds at one time as often as i can lol.anyway i just wanted to bring the team to your attention to anyone who is new to this and once tzo build up their exercise gradually or because of injury has to take it easy.i donīt know the url to the group but you can get to it on my spark teams.there are some really great people in it and some regonisable faces here on sp like dawnwaterdown.so come and join them they are very friendly,open and asseccesable.lol.if you want you can also come and join the fitgirls of which i am one of the co leaders.we are also a very friendly,open and accessible team as well or should i say family.give us a go we wont bite.lol.

    That's great! Even though you just went through an operation, you still continue doing exercises (but hopefully not too heavily, your body still need to get recover, hehe). The chair exercises sounds good but for now, I'll stick with my body weight and dumbbells emoticon Keep up with your exercises!

    I'm glad that the team and chair exercise has helped you so much!!
We try to be a friendly team - and love to see new members, whether they want quick exercise suitable for the office, or whether you are handicapped by any physical problem that limits your exercise.
