Today the scale said that I was down 2 lbs from 203 to 201. I decided to blog this because this is the first weight loss. It's only been 3 days since I seriously started watching my calorie intake and tracking my meals. So far so good!! I have even noticed that with the right food choices and eating at more of a scheduled time I don't suffer from the eating binges in the evening. So that's progress. Monday I start working out at the YMCA. So excited to see what the scale says next Friday!!
