Daily results of 12 lbs by 12 months old challenge. Day 27...

Took today off as my half marathon is Saturday. Will not be logging tomorrow as we will be visiting family before the race.

Calories burned - 0
Calories consumed - 1,324

Meal 1 - Egg white, turkey and veggie scramble. Detox tea and water with lemon

Meal 2 - Detox tea with Almond milk. A HUGE amount of fresh blackberries and blueberries

Meal 3 - Bean and veggie salad over raw spinach with vinegar. Water with lemon and detox tea

Meal 4 - Homemade Dino Kale, Swiss chard, Lemon, Ginger, Mint, Apple, Carrot and Watercress juice.

Meal 5 - Cranberry juice with aloe vera juice
