Day 26 - doing a lot around the house

I'm not really working out today, apart from the 10 minute bootcamp. But I'm not doing nothing: I've been cleaning all afternoon and evening. As my flat gets cleaner I am burning calories as well...

Tracking my food is not a great nuisance anymore, I'm really getting used to it. Planning exercise into my busy schedule is harder, but it has been easier the last 2 days. In the beginning of the week I felt a bit under the weather and I really had to force myself to exercise. I've suceeded only because I kinda knew that if I didn't stick to it then I would probably stop exercising.

Being on here helps me. I feel like people will notice if I don't stick to what I've signed on for and I think it's the crucial kick in the backside ;) that I need.

I hope I can stick to it. If I have a day where I can't exercise enough or eat over my calorie count I won't fret and be angry with myself, but just get back to the routine!

    I find tracking food to be extremely tedious. Even though I have timed it and know that it doesn't take very long. So, I put in everything I can and guess on the rest. Like today at lunch, I had my sandwich, my yogurt and some fried rice that the mother of a student made. Hmm, where is that in the tracker, so I find something that seems close, and use that. It has made my life so much easier. I figure I could be way off base, but more likely, I am close enough. I am holding on for dear life to the KISS motto, "Keep It Simple, Stupid!"
